This is a Linear Periodization program where you train 5 days per week which includes mass, strength, speed, agility, and vertical jump training. Q. How much progress can i expect from this program?

A. Intermediate lifters and my self have gained approximately 5lb of lean muscle(beginners can expect 10lb), 50lb 1RM increase on bench, squat, and deadlift, .4(time) decrease on the 40yd dash, .3(time) decrease on the 5-10-5 cone drill, and a 4 to 6 inch increase on a vertical jump.

Q. Will this program help me gain weight for my sport?

A. This program was designed to help your gain muscle mass since most sports don't require you to loose any. However, if your are in the process of cutting fat, i would recommend your do 2 sets less for all "5x5, 6x3, and 8x2" exercises.

Q. What is the difference between this program and what my athletic coaches have me do in the weight room and/or other weight lifting programs?

A. Unfortunately, most coaches don't understand the difference between a bodybuilding program and an athletic one. That goes the same for people who create athletic programs online but really they are far from being athletic.If you want to preform and look like an athlete, you have to train like one just like this program has you do, that is the difference.

Q. I finished the 3 Month Program, what can i do next?

A. After completion of the program, you can repeat it and still get great results, however, if you want to fine tune certain aspects of your training, then i recommend my "Customized Training Program".
